Nigerian Entertainment Today – Nigeria’s Number 1 Entertainment Daily

Throughout the day, Nigerian singer and mother of two,  was a trending topic on social media in reaction to her refusing to answer a question posed to her by an interviewer.

During the interview on ‘Da Chat’ with Zinnia, a show on HFtv Africa, she was asked about her alleged smoking and drinking habit.

A very pissed off Omawumi asked the host if she has personally witnessed such and insisted that the interviewer doesn’t mean well for her before walking off the interview set.

The interview has since gone viral and mixed reactions continue to trail her reactions.

Reacting to it, manager, Didi feels the journalist was only doing her job and Omawumi failed to convince her fans about the rumours;
A journalist is a journalist. Its always about the story…nothing personal. Wendy will talk about you behind u and still ask you on air!

The journalist’s aim has been achieved. Has the star convinced her fans about the rumors? No! Instead she has raised more questions. ✌

I love the journalist’s composure. You must understand that journalists only voice out what a majority cannot. https://t.co/yyHj45Kmvt
